At Mazda, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, which is why every new passenger vehicle is backed by a five year, unlimited kilometre warranty* and every new BT-50 is backed by a 3 year and 150,000km's (whichever occurs first), warranty.*
If you’ve recently bought a new Mazda passenger vehicle, you’ll be backed by a 5 year, unlimited kilometre warranty* that covers any defect in material or workmanship.
*Your 5 year/unlimited kilometre warranty comprises of:
3 years/unlimited kilometre comprehensive factory warranty. On completion of this warranty a further 2 years/unlimited kilometre major component and safety system warranty applies.

In the unlikely event that something does go wrong during your warranty period, contact us for support and advice.
You’ll need you to provide:
- full details of what’s wrong with your vehicle
- your name, address and telephone number
Once they’ve got all the information they need, they’ll book you in for the repair at the next available time.
